Maker
: This beautiful hand painted bouillon cup and saucer set is by B & Co., or L. Bernardaud, the classic Limoges firm that has produced exceptional quality porcelain since 1863 and remains a major player in Limoges today.
Age
: The green B & Co. white ware backstamp number 1 that was in use from 1900 to 1914 appears on the reverse of both pieces. The red L. Bernardaud decorator's mark number 3, in use from 1900 until the 1930s, is on the saucer.

Design
: The sophisticated pattern features bands of cobalt blue and gold over elegant swags of delicate pink roses joined by gold urns of roses and daisies. It's all against a background of pure white fine porcelain.
Size
: The cup is 3 5/8 inches wide and the saucer is 5 3/4 inches wide. Together they weigh 7.9 ounces.
Condition
: Both pieces are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, stains, crazing or signs of utensil use.
