Very nice Bernardaud France Cup, Saucer & Pastry Plate.   From high-end restaurant in the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas.   Beautiful Bone White China with brown band and shimmery copper stripe/dot accents.
Cup measures 2.5" tall and 3.5" diameter.
Saucer measures 6.5" diameter.
Plate measures 8 3/8" diameter.
