Maker/Brand:  Bernardaud Limoges France Palmyre
Pattern:  Unknown - appears to be a Bow and Arrow or a Sail with an Arrow - Red or Burnt Orange impressionist design (all items have this pattern whether shown in photo or not)
Size:  measures bout 8 inches x 5 inches x 4.5 inches
Condition:  Very Good, no chips or cracks found but shows some wear on the gold trim as shown in the photos.
We purchased this piece along with many other pieces in this set of china.  The bottom of each piece is marked 74, and since all of the pieces have this same number it doesn't seem to indicate the number of the piece or form but may be a date reference.  We were not able to identify the exact date but we believe them to have been done in the 60's or 70's.  We have taken photographs of the bottom makers marks and number for your review.
