Easy to install (even for a 66-year-old woman who's not very handy) Excellent directions, and the reviews from other people were right on - CLEAN THE WALL and PRIME THE PUMPS! Installed in the shower of a B&B, and no guest has had a problem with it, even when I filled body wash compartment with a light scrub.

We love this dispenser. My husband and I just bought a new house and we have a 36x36 walk-in shower. With it being a smaller space than what we were accustomed to, we bought this to eliminate lots of bottles and clutter. We are so pleased with how well it works, how we use less product, and how compact it is.

Doesn't stick to the wall for very long. I had it all filled, not even a week and the whole thing fell off the wall. I need to find something stronger to put on the back so it doesn't fall again. All my products went down the drain
