They were made 25-50 years ago, but all of them are in working condition, fully CLA (Cleaned, Lubricated and Adjusted). However, Soviet lenses, even new ones, come with some cosmetic flaws, like tiny gas bubbles in a lens glass or internal specks of dust. These defects do not affect the quality of the lens or image. It is a really affordable purchase.
