Canon F1 body only - vintage Japan - includes foam kit - works

Description

This is an original Canon F1.  It's the Bell & Howell vintage.  It's being sold as-is for parts mainly because the foam needs replacing.  Included in the auction is a US Camera foam kit (sorry I ran out of photo slots).
The other major issue I can see is the shutter speed indicator in the viewfinder has slipped: the speed you select on the dial falls in-between two speeds in the viewfinder.  I found a diagram that shows the devilish engineering behind the pulley-and-string mechanism and it's something I'd never be able to tackle.
Beyond that, this is a battle hardened example with a lot of rubbing/wear to the paint, circular scratching at the bottom from a tripod, some scuffing of the focusing screen, and fine scratching to the viewfinder glass.
On the positive side, everything else works.  The meter + needle seem to be working as they should and the auction does include a new Wein Cell PX625 battery installed.  Battery compartment show no corrosion.
Also includes the body cap.
