What do i need to start?

Are your logos unique?
My logo designs are 100% unique. Because I charge more I'm able to spend the necessary time to create something unique that cleverly works for your business. Unlike cheaper services you will not get any clip art or copy and pasted designs that will prevent you from trademarking your logo.

Who owns the copyright?
Copyrights will transfer over to you upon completion. If you do not wish your design to be used in my portfolio just let me know. It's no problem :)

What is a vector file?
The vector file can be scaled as large or as small as you like without loss of image quality. Every professional logo should have a vector file available. If opened in Adobe Illustrator the entire logo can be edited if required.

What is a transparent logo?
A transparent logo can be in the form of PNG, PDF, AI or EPS. This file will be the logo without a background. When the logo is placed on top of a background the background will be visible behind the logo (no white or black square around the logo).

How many revisions do i get with my purchase?
You receive unlimited revisions. On average my clients have a design they are happy with in 1 or 3 revisions.

What software do I use?
I have a licensed subscription to Adobe CC suite. The latest version of Adobe Illustrator will be used to create your logo.

Refund Policy
Full refund given if you are unhappy with your design concepts with zero reversions. If you are happy with concept and ask for some reversions then we will be happy to carry out reversions and deliver your logo. If you are unhappy with concept of logo after reversions then it is at discretion for us to discuss whether a refund can be issued. If you require a total different Change of logo then it is at discretion whether you will need to buy the product or a further charge will be incurred.
