This was part of the Passport to Our World set. You had to collect pins from around world showcase for a map.
This one shows Chip 'n' Dale around the main pin, with Hong Kong DISNEYland written on the top and "HELLO" in Chinese below it. It was sold for .50 and was put on the open market after the four day pin celebration.
