    Description

    A nice 500 C/M Setup w/ Rapid wind crank, standard screen, Planar 80mm C T* lens, A12 back and Waist level Viewfinder. All pieces have been fully serviced. Film tested and working perfectly.
    500cm from 1978. Less common black model. Has standard focusing screen installed. Body fully CLA'd. Focal length correct, screen height correct, barn doors strong and aligned properly. No auxiliary shutter leaks. Mirror lock up works as does auxiliary shutter open lock. Works exactly as it should in every way. Comes with rapid wind crank and type II WLVF in fair condition. Some paint loss on wings. New mirror foam installed. Please see photos.
    Lens is the legendary Planar 80mm C T* dating from 1979. Lens has been CLA'd which includes a full teardown, cleaning, lubrication of all mechanisms, speeds all accurate. DOF preview working properly. Focus is smooth. Glass is scratch, fungus and haze free. No separation in any element group. Cosmetically very good with almost no nicks or dings. All letters readable. This lens takes amazing photos. Please see photos.
    Back is an A12 from 1983. Full CLA on this as well including a new light trap and nylon stopper. Works perfectly with no light leaks. Spacing is super consistent and appropriate. Cosmetically in very good shape. See photos.

I have been an avid photographer for 35 years and a camera repair person for the past 20. Hasselblad is my passion and I have the extremely rare factory jigs, tools, manuals and experience to service most Hasselblad V series cameras. I do not work on cameras with electronics like the EL. I also have a lot of experience working on Rolleiflex TLR cameras and can perform a complete overhaul of any of the range from the early cameras to the 2.8F. I have a workshop and darkroom in Western Massachussetts (barnowlcameras.net) where I repair cameras, develop film and print photos.
