Visually this camera is in NEAR MINT condition, with only small imperfections and blemishes from normal use that have absolutely zero effect on function whatsoever. The lenses are beautiful, with no fungus, haze, scratches, or imperfections that sorbet and only a small amount of dust which is inevitable for cameras this age. This dust has absolutely zero effect on functionality or image quality and will not show up in your photos in any way. Functionally it is great: the shutter fires on all speeds including bulb, the film advance winds smoothly and cocks the shutter reliably, the frame counter works, the shutter speed and aperture selector dials work, the back closes tightly, the focusing viewfinder is clear and bright without scratches, and the shutter lock works. The only thing I have not verified to work is the meter, as I do not have the batteries to test it. The meter on this camera is AS/IS, but everything else is guaranteed to work and I have tested extensively. The meter is known for being horrible anyway, so your photos will not really suffer for it if it does end up not working.
