Nikon F 35mm Camera with 28mm lens - SN # 6450103 - Early Manufacture

Description

This auction is for an early manufacture of the Nikon "F"  35mm Camera. The serial number puts it in the first couple of years of the 1960's.
This camera is in fine condition, with no major damage. There are no dents to the body, and no peeling of the black material. I see no brassing on the corners of the body, and no major scratching to the base.
It has a Nikkor - H Auto 1:3.5 f=28mm lens. The lens serial number is #703566. The aperture ring moves as it should, with the appropriate click at each stop. The focus ring moves smoothly and freely, with no hesitation or obstruction in its movement. The shutter works at all speeds, but has not been professionally checked for accuracy. The self-timer works as it should. I see no fog or fungus in the lens, and the glass is clear. When fastened into place, the film base fits securely, with no apparent looseness or ill fitting.
This camera comes with the original owner's manual from Nikon.
