Olympus 35 SP 35mm Rangefinder Film Camera NEAR MINT, NEW SEALS, Case and Filter

Olympus 35 SP 35mm Rangefinder Film Camera with new seals in near mint condition. Cosmetic condition is pristine, with body showing almost no scratches. There are no dents to speak of. Lens glass is near spotless, with the only imperfection being a speck of dust towards the rear element. It is not visible in any of the pictures I took with this camera. Mechanically the camera is in perfect working order. All shutter speeds are accurate and the aperture blades are free of oil and do not stick. Film advance is smooth as is focusing. The viewfinder is in good condition. There is a very minor haze that is only perceptible in harsh sunlight. Rangefinder patch has good contrast even in low light. There appears to be some sort of fungus or other imperfection on the framelines. It does not interfere with the image in the viewfinder in any impactful way. The light meter is working however it is inaccurate and requires calibration. The meter overexposes by approximately 2 stops consistently. Taking this into consideration I have priced this camera accordingly.
