Olympus PEN - 1st Model Ever - 35mm film camera - needs repairs
From understanding this is not a difficult overhaul
This is the very first Olympus 1/2 frame PEN - The camera will advance and fire but with the door open looking through the back there are no shutter curtains or blade that open and close - it appears the blades are stuck - that's all I got.
SPECIFICS:
I recently purchase the inventory of a closed camera shop in Michigan and while most items were working and ready to sell there was a box of those needing repairs.  I am not a repair technician so I am offering these items auction style at a low opening bid.  These make an excellent opportunity for the skilled repair person to refurbish and profit.   For others just check my auction listings as I normally sell with a fixed price.
Selling on an "as is" basis with no returns but I am more than willing to answer any questions or provide additional photos if needed.  If it isn't as I say it is I will take it back regardless of the no return policy.
