    Description

    This is
    POS'N MISTY In Her TELEPHONE BOOTH,
    1965 By Ideal.  She is Mint in Her Plastic Case.  Possibly never removed from it.
    Misty was Tammy's Best Friend.  She is  Wearing a Silver brocade, Bell bottom Jumpsuit, decorated with a red velvet ribbon/sash.  Her facial color is Vivid.  Her hair is in its Original Flip with bangs- never restyled.
    There is a little tag on the bottom of the door that says:  "Clothing made in Japan,"  which makes me think that the doll was made in the USA.
    The only reason I do not consider her New in Box is that the clear door to the phone booth has signs of wear and tear.  It has some surface scratches,  a couple of small melt marks, and a crack that does not go all the way through the plastic.  The hinges are good.  The cardboard interior is in very good condition, and the phone is in great shape.
    A wonderful addition to a Tammy Family/ Vintage Ideal Doll Collection.
