Please notice that there are two different kinds of screw thread for the pin on Rolleiflex and other related models. I will have no idea of which kind is on your camera, but the pin actually fits for both. One kind of threw may require some force when you trying to screw it in but I can assure you it will fit perfectly.
The tricky part is how to remove the broken one from the hole, you can either have a hand drill to drill down the broken part, or like me, using a tiny steel screw driver and a hammer to strike it down. If you are not sure of what I am talking about or have no basic knowledge about these TLRs, you can ask a camera technician for help, but it will cost you some extra $$$.
