Up for auction is the original cardboard box for the Wizard of Oz Tin Man Robot, that was issued by Remco Industries, of Harrison, New Jersey, in 1969.  The box would have contained the 21.5 inch, battery operated, motorized, plastic Tin Man Robot.  Please note that this auction is for the cardboard box only, and does not include the robot.  It is being sold for the benefit of someone who would appreciate the graphics, or who already has the robot, but not the box.
The cardboard box is in poor vintage condition.  While most of the cardboard box is present, there may be a few small missing sections (primarily to the top and bottom sections).  In addition, there is a slit down one entire side edge, and numerous pieces of tape along many of the edges (with the top section barely being held together primarily because of the tape).  Due to the condition, this item is being sold "as is".  Please note that the box will be shipped folded flat.
