Vtg. 50s Marx ROBOT and SON Battery Operated Space Toy for Restoration Project

Recent attic find at an estate sale is this: Vintage 1950's MARX " Electric ROBOT and SON with its original cardboard box as shown in our photos. YES, It's dirty, dusty and has been in storage for decades. The Electric Robot appears to have been a very popular and entertaining toy. The original cardboard box has directions or complete operations printed on both sides while the box itself has plenty of sheaf wear and is missing the top. It's torn in a few spots but still would display nicely with this old toy. We have found from years of experience that toy collectors prefer to clean and restore their toy purchases to their own satisfaction so we offer all of our toys as found. The battery compartment shows some oxidation and will need cleaning before installing new  batteries. Just reading all of the operations this electric robot can perform makes me jealous I didn't have one myself when I was a child. Anyway, once cleaned and restored this will make a sensational space toy for someone's collection.
